Meet Erin
As the Client Operations Manager, Erin helps the office run smoothly by managing the workflow of the department and working to make sure that client account requests are handled quickly and efficiently. She is happy to be a part of a team that helps families and individuals manage their finances and prepare for the future, and her goal is to help make that process simple and enjoyable.
Erin grew up in Athens, Georgia and relocated to Ann Arbor to pursue a graduate degree in Information Science at the University of Michigan in 2014. She has worked at the Ann Arbor and University of Michigan libraries, and was drawn to the operational role at Two Bird Wealth because it makes use of her organizational skills, attention to detail, and drive to improve the client experience – all skills she developed working in libraries.
She and her husband Nic and son William live in Ypsilanti, and love spending time together. Erin’s hobbies include gardening, cooking, reading, and travelling, and she can’t wait to share those things with William as he grows up.
