Meet Melissa
Melissa Chapman’s career focus has been digital operations excellence for media organizations. Developing and growing teams, developing and optimizing processes and best practices, and creating environments where team members are empowered to do great work. Melissa is well known in the media operations community, where she is passionate about bringing parties together for intimate, honest conversations and useful interactions that benefit all involved.
Community building and participation have become a theme in Melissa’s life, both in her work and her personal life. She believes that community is beneficial for all of us in many ways. Sharing and learning from one another, supporting one another, minimizing the feeling of being alone, and saving time and expense. To that end, she loves her work and spends a lot of time helping it grow and be successful, and she also volunteers and supports others whenever she can.
Melissa loves to travel, run, and is a triathlete. She spends much of her downtime with her mom Connie, who lives with her and her partner Jeff. She is happy to participate in the Two Bird client advisor council.
